We use Energy Star version 3.0 standards as the baseline for all of our new construction. All Energy Star homes are certified to use at least 15% less energy than a comparable home. By adding some of the features shown in the table below, we are able to build houses that actually produce more energy than they consume.
We also offer an array of choices that will allow you to build a Net-Zero home. Some examples are illustrated in the table below.
